How hard is it to cancel Liven?

Liven (operated by Reya Digital OU, Estonia) lets website subscribers cancel self-serve by logging in and going to Profile > Settings > Membership > Cancel, while App Store and Google Play subscribers cancel through their device subscription settings. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
