Lingokids subscriptions can be cancelled online via the Parents Area (Profile > Account > Cancel my subscription) or through the respective app store (App Store, Google Play, or Amazon) for platform-billed subscribers. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, access continues until then, and no further charges are made. Refunds are generally not provided for prepaid amounts; discretionary exceptions may be granted if requested within 7 days (monthly), 15 days (3-6 month), or 30 days (annual/lifetime) from payment. For App Store, Google Play, or Amazon subscriptions, refund requests must be directed to those platforms directly.
