How hard is it to cancel Lingokids?
Lingokids scores 79/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), in-app.
Lingokids subscriptions can be cancelled online via the Parents Area (Profile > Account > Cancel my subscription) or through the respective app store (App Store, Google Play, or Amazon) for platform-billed subscribers. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — access continues until then, and no further charges are made. Refunds are generally not provided for prepaid amounts; discretionary exceptions may be granted if requested within 7 days (monthly), 15 days (3–6 month), or 30 days (annual/lifetime) from payment. For App Store, Google Play, or Amazon subscriptions, refund requests must be directed to those platforms directly.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
