How hard is it to cancel Levels?
Levels scores 72/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), in-app.
Levels members can cancel their subscription online through the member portal (app.levels.com) by navigating to Billing & Subscriptions, selecting Subscription Options, and clicking End Subscription. The membership remains active through the end of the current billing period with no prorated refund after the 14-day satisfaction window. A 14-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time software membership purchases when requested within 14 days. Renewal reminders are sent 15 days before the billing date; once payment processes it cannot be reversed for that cycle.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
