Cancel in the Lemonade app (select the policy, tap the three dots, choose Cancel Policy, confirm via the chatbot), or by email ([email protected]) or phone (1-844-733-8666). Full premium refund if cancelled within the first 30 days with no claims filed; after 30 days the premium is refunded pro rata to the card on file.
