Customers cancel subscriptions online via the self-service Customer Portal, accessible through a magic-link email sign-in at lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders or a merchant-provided signed URL; cancellation takes effect at the next payment date and access continues until the current billing period ends. Buyer Terms require cancellation at least 48 hours before the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at Lemon Squeezy's sole discretion on a case-by-case basis within 60 days of purchase; no automatic proration is stated. Subscriptions can also be paused (rather than cancelled) via the same Customer Portal.
