After cancellation, the subscription stays active through the end of the current billing period and does not auto-renew. Refund window is 30 days from initial purchase for most subscription services; legal plan fees are refundable unless an attorney consultation has been completed; forms plans are non-refundable once a form has been downloaded. A 10-day examination period applies to the Supplemental Terms: if unsatisfied and no services used, full refund available within 10 days of receiving the agreement. No proration for partial months.
