EU 14-day diritto di recesso applies to distance purchases (cancel without reason or penalty within 14 days). A pro-rata refund is documented for amounts covering periods beyond the cancellation date, processed within 30 working days to the original payment method. Cancelling before the renewal date avoids the next charge.
