How hard is it to cancel Kurly Members?

Kurly Members (Market Kurly's paid grocery membership) is cancelled self-serve from the Kurly Members / Members Management page by scrolling to Payment-Usage History or Service Cancellation and choosing Cancel; if benefits are unused an immediate refund (payment cancellation) is offered. If any benefit was used that month, a mid-month refund is not possible.
