How hard is it to cancel Krisp?
Krisp scores 75/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve).
Krisp subscriptions are cancelled online via Settings > Billing > Plan Details > Manage Subscription > Downgrade; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and auto-renewal is disabled. All fees are explicitly non-refundable under both the Terms of Use and the Master Subscription Agreement, with the sole exception being Krisp's own material breach. The Master Subscription Agreement additionally requires written notice at least 30 days before renewal for enterprise contracts. No pause or freeze option is offered.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
