How hard is it to cancel Krea AI?
Krea AI scores 68/100 (grade C) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a partially documented cancellation policy with notable gaps. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve).
Krea AI subscriptions can be cancelled online at any time through the Billing settings page, either via the 'Cancel Subscription' button in Workspace Settings (Danger Zone) or through the Stripe Customer Portal accessed from the Billing page. Access to premium features continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation, and all subscriptions auto-renew unless manually cancelled. Refunds are conditionally available and automatically offered in the Stripe portal at the time of cancellation if the user meets usage thresholds (fewer than 650 compute units used and fewer than 20 generations in the current month). Mobile app subscribers must cancel through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store respectively.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
