Koyeb subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the account dashboard by navigating to Settings > Usage and billing and downgrading to the free Starter plan; no notice period is required. Upon downgrade, users receive a prorated credit for any unused portion of their paid plan month, though the Terms of Service state that all sums paid are non-refundable. After account deletion, Koyeb retains customer data for 7 days (during which an export can be requested) before permanent deletion. There is no phone, mail, or email cancellation path, the process is entirely self-serve online.
