Koyeb subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the account dashboard by navigating to Settings > Usage and billing and downgrading to the free Starter plan; no notice period is required. Upon downgrade, users receive a prorated credit for any unused portion of their paid plan month, though the Terms of Service state that all sums paid are non-refundable. After account deletion, Koyeb retains customer data for 7 days (during which an export can be requested) before permanent deletion. There is no phone, mail, or email cancellation path — the process is entirely self-serve online.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
