Postpaid cancellation requires contacting Koodo by phone (callback scheduled via the digital chat assistant at koodo.com/chat) or visiting a Koodo store; there is no self-serve online cancel button for postpaid accounts. There is no early termination fee (Koodo is contract-free), but any outstanding device Tab balance is charged immediately upon cancellation. Recurring charges are prorated to the day of cancellation, with refunds over $5 returned via pre-authorized payment within 3-5 business days (or by cheque in 30-60 days). Self Serve account access remains available for 90 days after cancellation.
