Komoot Premium can be cancelled online via the web app (Settings > Premium > Cancel subscription) or through the iOS App Store or Google Play Store settings, depending on how the subscription was purchased. Cancellation stops automatic renewal only; access to Premium features continues until the end of the current paid period. Refunds are not automatic upon cancellation but can be requested separately — for yearly subscriptions purchased directly on the website, refunds are available within 60 days of purchase. No subscription pause option exists.
