Komoot Premium can be cancelled online via the web app (Settings > Premium > Cancel subscription) or through the iOS App Store or Google Play Store settings, depending on how the subscription was purchased. Cancellation stops automatic renewal only; access to Premium features continues until the end of the current paid period. Refunds are not automatic upon cancellation but can be requested separately, for yearly subscriptions purchased directly on the website, refunds are available within 60 days of purchase. No subscription pause option exists.
