Kogan Mobile is prepaid with no commitment period and no early-exit fee. To cancel, stop recharging: turn off auto-recharge via the Kogan customer portal (accounts.koganmobile.com.au)/app for long-expiry plans, or call 1300 056 426 for monthly plans (cancel the auto-recharge schedule at least 2 days before it is due). To keep a number, give the new provider your Kogan service number and matching date of birth and they arrange the release (Australia: direct number transfer, no PAC). All services are prepaid and non-refundable: cancelling auto-recharge does not refund the paid recharge, and any unused credit/Plan Allowance is forfeited once the number is deactivated or transferred.
