How hard is it to cancel The Kobeissi Letter?
The Kobeissi Letter scores 72/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve).
The Kobeissi Letter is a paid markets newsletter sold and billed through the Whop platform on its own domain. Subscriptions are cancelled online by going to Billing under the My Account section (or the Whop account: Orders > select subscription > Cancel membership) at least 24 hours before renewal. Cancelling stops auto-renewal and the membership continues to the end of the current billing cycle, after which the account is reduced to the free plan. The Kobeissi Letter does not offer refunds on subscription charges that have already been processed; the only carve-out is the statutory right for EU, EEA and UK consumers to withdraw within 14 days of purchase via Whop. There is no pause option.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
