How hard is it to cancel Klarity Health?

Klarity Health is not a subscription service; patients pay per appointment and can discontinue care at any time without a cancellation fee. Appointments may be canceled via the online patient portal or by contacting support by phone or email. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a refund minus a non-refundable $10 booking fee; same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full appointment fee. Account deactivation requires emailing [email protected], and all purchases are otherwise stated as final and non-refundable except as required by law.
