How hard is it to cancel KKBOX?

KKBOX's help center documents cancellation by billing channel: for credit-card subscriptions, under KKBOX Plans choose Subscription Management > Unsubscribe; App Store and Google Play subscriptions are cancelled through the respective store; carrier-billed plans must be cancelled with the carrier. KKBOX states it generally cannot refund or pro-rate charges, and that the monthly fee remains payable in full and non-refundable even if the service is used for less than a month. Cancelling stops future renewals while access continues for the paid term.
