How hard is it to cancel KiwiCo?
KiwiCo scores 80/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US, a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), email.
KiwiCo subscriptions can be cancelled online via the account portal or by email ([email protected]). For monthly auto-renewing plans, cancellation must be submitted by 11:59 PM EST the day before the billing date (online) or at least two business days prior (email); multi-month prepaid plans (3, 6, or 12 months) cannot be cancelled mid-term. Non-renewing prepaid subscriptions (1-36 month terms) are not eligible for refunds; pro-rata refunds are only issued if KiwiCo itself terminates the service. A pause/skip option is available as an alternative to full cancellation.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights, scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
