Last reviewed 2026-06-06 · Documented-Policy tier · grade B

KiwiCo subscriptions can be cancelled online via the account portal or by email ([email protected]). For monthly auto-renewing plans, cancellation must be submitted by 11:59 PM EST the day before the billing date (online) or at least two business days prior (email); multi-month prepaid plans (3, 6, or 12 months) cannot be cancelled mid-term. Non-renewing prepaid subscriptions (1–36 month terms) are not eligible for refunds; pro-rata refunds are only issued if KiwiCo itself terminates the service. A pause/skip option is available as an alternative to full cancellation.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
