How hard is it to cancel Kinsta?
Kinsta scores 85/100 (grade A) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — among the most clearly documented cancellation policies we've scored. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), email.
Kinsta plans can be cancelled self-serve in MyKinsta (Company settings > My Plan > Cancel plan) by the Company Owner only. Cancellations within the first 30 days take immediate effect with a full refund (minus overages and one-time fees); after 30 days the subscription runs to the end of the current billing period with no refund. All site data, environments, and DNS records are permanently deleted on cancellation. Full account/company deletion requires a separate request via live chat or email to support.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
