How hard is it to cancel Kin Fertility?
Kin Fertility scores 84/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the AU — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via in_account, email.
Kin Fertility sells women's reproductive-health subscriptions (Pill Membership, prenatal, OTC). Members can cancel self-serve by logging into the Kin profile, going to Ongoing subscriptions, clicking Manage on the active subscription, then Cancel plan, or by contacting support via the Submit a Request button. Memberships auto-renew (the annual membership renews every 12 months) unless cancelled. The cutoff is 11:59pm the day before the renewal date; if not cancelled by then it auto-renews and refunds are not offered afterwards. Account deletion is subject to a 7-year health-record retention obligation.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
