Kin Fertility sells women's reproductive-health subscriptions (Pill Membership, prenatal, OTC). Members can cancel self-serve by logging into the Kin profile, going to Ongoing subscriptions, clicking Manage on the active subscription, then Cancel plan, or by contacting support via the Submit a Request button. Memberships auto-renew (the annual membership renews every 12 months) unless cancelled. The cutoff is 11:59pm the day before the renewal date; if not cancelled by then it auto-renews and refunds are not offered afterwards. Account deletion is subject to a 7-year health-record retention obligation.
