Keeps scores 74/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), phone, email.

Last reviewed 2026-06-05 · Documented-Policy tier · grade B

Subscribers can cancel at any time through the online account portal (select 'I'd like to cancel my subscription'), or via phone, chat, or email. If a refill is due within 24 hours, Keeps instructs customers to call to ensure the cancellation is processed in time. All prescription medication purchases are final — no refunds are issued since dispensed treatments cannot be returned per pharmacy safety regulations; defective or damaged items are exchanged only. Pause and plan-adjustment options are also available through the same self-service portal.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
