Kayo Sports direct subscribers cancel online via My Account on kayosports.com.au (now routed through Hubbl at hubbl.com.au/my-account); subscribers via Apple, Google Play, or Telstra must cancel through those platforms instead — no phone cancellation channel exists. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and access continues until then. No pro-rata refunds are provided for unused days; downgrades also take effect at period end with no refund, while upgrades are charged pro-rata immediately. A pause feature is available as an alternative to cancellation, allowing the subscriber to set a future resume date.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
