How hard is it to cancel KatKin?

KatKin lets customers manage their plan online: to cancel, log in, go to Your Plan, select the cat's tile, click 'manage plan,' scroll to the bottom and confirm cancellation. As an alternative, customers can delay an order by changing the delivery date up to 1 month at a time. KatKin sends an SMS and email 4 days before each box. If a plan is cancelled after the cut-off for the next delivery, a final box will still be delivered. Food and litter subscriptions are independent. Data-deletion is handled in the separate privacy policy.
