Customers can cancel their Autoship subscription online at any time by going to their account, clicking 'More Options' next to each item, and selecting 'Cancel Subscription'; phone cancellation via (866) 726-9509 is also available. Cancellation must be completed before the order renews — modifications must be submitted by Thursday at 11:00 AM Pacific the week the order is scheduled to process (orders run every Friday). Autoship payments are explicitly non-refundable per the Terms and Conditions; the one-time 'Clean Bowl Guarantee' (30-day satisfaction refund) applies only to an initial order, not recurring Autoship charges. An in-account Pause option is available as an alternative to full cancellation.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
