Members are billed $39.95-$49.95 on the 6th of each month unless they skip between the 1st and 5th; cancellation takes effect immediately with no further charges after notification. Unused promotional VIP Credits remain redeemable post-cancellation but expire 12 months from purchase; product refunds require a return within 14 days of receipt. A membership pause option is also available as an alternative to full cancellation.
