Just Energy customers cancel their contract by calling customer service (1-866-587-8674 for most states/provinces, 1-877-226-5368 California); no online or email cancellation is offered. Fixed-rate plans carry an early termination fee (commonly about $175) unless the customer is moving out of the service area, and a 60-day satisfaction guarantee lets new customers switch plans fee-free. Customers may rescind the agreement within 3 business days of signing (Texas right of rescission), and the ETF may be waived if cancelled within ~30 days of charges first appearing on the bill.
