Last reviewed 2026-06-16 · Documented-Policy tier · grade B

Juniper AU (a Eucalyptus weight-management brand) sells recurring treatment-plan subscriptions. To cancel or pause a plan, customers submit a request form and the team confirms changes within 1-2 business days, so cancellation is not fully self-serve in-account. The Refund Cutoff Time is 11:59pm the day before the applicable order processing date; cancellations after that are not refunded, subject to non-waivable Australian Consumer Law rights. Juniper cannot cancel or pause an order already being processed. A money-back guarantee allows a refund of the first order if requested within 25 days of first delivery. Account deletion is deferred for the 7-year health-record retention period.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights, scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
