How hard is it to cancel Julius (julius.ai)?

Self-serve cancellation: go to the Subscription page, open the billing portal via 'Invoices and Payment Methods', and click 'Cancel plan'; if eligible you can choose to end the subscription immediately and receive a refund, otherwise your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play must be cancelled through Apple or Google directly (cancelling on the website won't stop those charges). Plan changes: upgrades take effect immediately via Stripe checkout with any remaining credit applied to the next invoice; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by a separate Refund Policy.
