Joyn is free with a paid Joyn PLUS+ tier. PLUS+ booked directly is cancelled self-serve via the cancellation button in account settings (Mitgliedschaft / abo-kuendigen) or by email to [email protected]; subscriptions bought through Apple, Google or Amazon must be cancelled in those stores. There is no minimum term and no special notice beyond one month to the end of the current billing period; recommended to cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. After cancelling, PLUS+ access continues to the end of the paid period before reverting to free Joyn. German consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) with refund, though it can be waived once streaming begins.
