How hard is it to cancel Jotform?

Jotform subscriptions can be cancelled entirely online via the Billing section of account Settings by clicking 'Change Plan' and selecting the free Starter plan; no phone call or email is required. After cancellation, the account retains paid-plan access through the end of the current billing cycle and then automatically downgrades to free. A full refund is available if the cancellation/request is submitted within 30 days of the most recent payment directly to Jotform; requests outside that window are at Jotform's discretion. Third-party purchases through Google Play or the Apple App Store are subject to those platforms' own refund policies.
