How hard is it to cancel JOOX VIP?

JOOX bills VIP membership on a forward prepaid basis and the membership continues until either party cancels. On the JOOX website, cancellation is via Account > Settings > Cancel VIP, then Cancel Billing; for iOS the auto-renewal must be turned off in Apple ID Subscriptions, and Google Play subscriptions are cancelled in that store. The official guidance requires cancelling at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid renewal, with no refunds for unused time. On non-renewal the account converts to the Free Service.
