John Reed Fitness (operated by RSG Group GmbH) offers fixed-term contracts (commonly a 15-month minimum term) and no-commitment Flex contracts that renew roughly every 4 weeks. All cancellations must be in text form (Textform) and can be made via the website cancellation button, the member self-service app area, a website contact form, or by letter to RSG's Schlüsselfeld address; notice is one month with the exact period stated on the individual contract cover sheet, after which the contract runs indefinitely on one month's notice. Studio-signed contracts have no right of withdrawal, while online sign-ups receive the statutory 14-day withdrawal right with separate notice. Freezing (Stilllegung) is only available if pre-agreed on the contract, needs 5 business days' notice, starts on the 1st of the month, and extends the minimum term by the pause length.
