How hard is it to cancel JioSaavn Pro?

JioSaavn documents a self-serve cancellation path: in the app via Settings > Manage Plan > Change Plan and selecting the free/no-plan option, and on the website via the profile icon > Account Settings > Subscriptions > Cancel. Subscriptions bought through Google Play or the Apple App Store must be cancelled in that store. The terms state the subscription auto-renews unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. After cancelling, benefits continue until the end of the current billing cycle. JioSaavn states it does not offer refunds for auto-renewing subscriptions.
