Jetts terms differ by membership type. Direct Debit members have no lock-in and can cancel anytime by written notice to their home club (in person, email, or post); notices received before 5pm on a business day are processed same-day, after which the member has no further obligation. Paid-In-Advance members are locked to the prepaid term and cannot cancel mid-term except under medical or death hardship, evidenced by a certificate, in which case unused fees are refunded. A 10-business-day cooling-off period from signing gives a full refund of fees paid, though joining and access-card fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law. Membership holds/freezes are available under a separate Membership Hold Policy.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights, scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
