How hard is it to cancel JetBrains?

JetBrains states that a personal subscription can be cancelled by logging into the JetBrains Account, selecting the subscription, and clicking Cancel subscription, that it remains active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew, and that cancellation does not automatically result in a refund though eligible users may request one at JetBrains' discretion.
