How hard is it to cancel Jenny Craig?
Jenny Craig scores 52/100 (grade D) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a poorly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via phone, email.
To cancel, customers must call 1-800-727-8046 or email [email protected]; there is no full self-serve membership cancellation online, though auto-ship orders can be managed and cancelled via the account dashboard. Cancellations or modifications must be made before 6:00 p.m. ET the day before the scheduled order fulfillment, as orders already in fulfillment cannot be altered. Food purchases are explicitly non-returnable and non-refundable including prepaid but unshipped orders, and Club Jenny Access subscriptions are also non-refundable. No general membership pause is offered, but individual order delivery dates can be delayed through the account dashboard.
How to cancel Jenny Craig
- Channels: phone, email
- Official cancellation page: https://www.jennycraig.com/about/terms-conditions
- Pause/freeze: available — Order delay/resume is available through the online account dashboard ('Delay/Resume My Order'), but this only postpones the next fulfillment date rather than pausing the membership subscription. It does not constitute a full account freeze.
- Account/data deletion: Customers may submit a data deletion request by emailing [email protected] or by mailing a written request to JCR Holdings II, LLC, 1100 Virginia Drive Suite 175, Fort Washington, PA 19034. Rights apply to residents of California and numerous other US states under applicable state privacy laws. https://www.jennycraig.com/about/privacy

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
