JEFIT Elite subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the online account settings dashboard (jefit.com/my-jefit/settings) for web purchases, or through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store for mobile purchases. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period with no refund for the remaining period. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies for direct website purchases if the user completed at least four workouts during that period, though app store purchases are subject to each store's own refund rules. No subscription pause feature is offered.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
