Members who purchased directly from JEFIT turn off auto-renewal at jefit.com/my-jefit/settings; in-app purchases are canceled through the relevant app store (and PayPal subscriptions via Manage Automatic Payments). JEFIT advises canceling at least 24 hours before renewal.
