How hard is it to cancel Izzi?
Izzi scores 46/100 (grade D) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the MX, a poorly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via phone, in person, online (self-serve).
To cancel izzi residential service (TV, internet, phone), customers must call 050 (from an izzi line) or 800-120-5000, select option 4 twice for cancellation, then visit an izzi store in person with the folio number received and return all equipment; full cancellation takes up to 15 natural days. A 12-month mandatory contract period (plazo forzoso) applies; early termination requires paying all remaining months of the contract term as a penalty. Refund terms are poorly disclosed: a full refund of advance payment applies only if installation never occurs, and a 20% service credit applies if izzi fails to meet contracted quality standards, but no general proration is offered upon cancellation. An online chat-initiation path exists on izzi.mx but always culminates in an in-store visit for equipment return, so there is no fully self-serve online cancellation.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights, scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
