How hard is it to cancel ITVX Premium?

ITVX Premium subscribers can cancel online at any time via Manage Account on the ITVX website or app; those subscribed through third parties (Apple, Amazon, Google Play, Roku) must cancel through the respective platform. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and access continues until expiry. No partial refunds are provided; refunds for exceptional circumstances require submitting a support request with a valid reason. There is no documented pause or freeze option.
