italki Plus subscriptions ($5.99/month or $59.99/year) can be cancelled online via Settings > Payment for credit card or PayPal subscribers, or through the Apple App Store or Google Play for mobile subscribers. Cancellation must occur at least two days before the next billing period begins. Benefits continue until the end of the current billing cycle, and no refund is issued for any remaining days already paid. italki Credits purchased separately are also non-refundable.
