How hard is it to cancel isybank?

The account can be closed at any time from the app: open isybank, go to the 'Altro' section, select 'Il mio profilo' > 'Prodotti', choose the account and tap 'Recesso' at the bottom. Closure can also be requested via registered mail or PEC. No closure fees per the published payment-account closure guide.
