Ipsy subscriptions can be cancelled online at any time through Account > Your Membership > Cancel Membership. Cancellations must be submitted by 11:59 PM PT on the 25th of the month to take effect for the following month; cancellations after the 25th still incur the next month's charge and box. Ipsy does not issue refunds for monthly subscriptions; annual members who cancel continue to receive remaining prepaid boxes but receive no partial refund for the unused portion. Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights, scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
