Last reviewed 2026-06-05 · Documented-Policy tier · grade B

Ipsy subscriptions can be cancelled online at any time through Account > Your Membership > Cancel Membership. Cancellations must be submitted by 11:59 PM PT on the 25th of the month to take effect for the following month; cancellations after the 25th still incur the next month's charge and box. Ipsy does not issue refunds for monthly subscriptions; annual members who cancel continue to receive remaining prepaid boxes but receive no partial refund for the unused portion. A one-month skip option is available as a lighter alternative to full cancellation.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
