How hard is it to cancel InVideo?
InVideo scores 83/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the IN — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve).
InVideo subscriptions are cancelled online in-account: click your profile in the top right, select Subscription, click Cancel and follow the on-screen steps (mobile purchases must be managed via the Apple App Store or Google Play). The plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which the account is downgraded to the free plan and the saved card is removed automatically. Refunds are offered only within 7 days of the original purchase or renewal and only if the subscription has not been used; a subscription is treated as used if any video or asset has been generated or downloaded in the current billing period, in which case it is non-refundable. Refund requests are made by emailing [email protected], and approved refunds appear within 5-10 business days. No pause/hold option is documented.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
