InvestingPro (and InvestingPro+) subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via the Plan Summary dialog in your user profile on the website, through the mobile app store subscription management, or by contacting support via live chat. Cancellation stops auto-renewal; the subscription remains active through the end of the paid billing period. No refunds are issued for any unused portion of the current period — all charges are non-refundable. The Terms & Conditions indicate cancellation should be completed at least 24 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged for an additional period. Mobile app subscribers purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play must cancel through those platforms respectively.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
