Infisical Cloud subscriptions can be cancelled by providing written notice to Infisical at least 30 days before the end of the current billing term. The billing dashboard (Usage & Billing tab, powered by Stripe) is the in-app path for subscription management, but no dedicated self-serve cancel button is publicly documented. Cancellation takes effect at end of the current term; pre-paid fees are non-refundable upon user-initiated cancellation. Enterprise plans auto-renew unless 30-day written notice is given. For written notice, contact [email protected]. No pause option exists.
