IndiHome (now under Telkomsel) requires customers to cancel by calling the 188 hotline, visiting a GraPARI/Telkom Plaza in person, or submitting a request via the MyIndiHome app — there is no direct self-serve online cancellation. All plans carry a 12-month minimum contract; cancelling before that period triggers a flat IDR 1,000,000 (~USD 60) early-termination fee. The final month's charge is prorated from the 1st of the month to the cancellation report date and appears on the next bill. Telkom retrieves all loaned equipment (modem, router, STB) within 3 business days of the cancellation report.
