How hard is it to cancel Imprint?

Imprint scores 72/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), in-app.

Last reviewed 2026-06-06 · Documented-Policy tier · grade B

Imprint subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the in-app account management page (Profile > Settings > Manage Subscription) or through the Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and users retain access through that period. No refunds or proration are issued for the remaining portion of a paid billing cycle — the Terms of Service explicitly state that purchases are final. There is no documented pause or freeze option.

How to cancel Imprint

  • Channels: online (self-serve), in-app
  • Official cancellation page: https://www.imprintapp.com/termsofservice
  • Pause/freeze: not offered. No pause or freeze option is mentioned in Imprint's official Terms of Service or FAQ documentation.
  • Account/data deletion: Users can delete their account in-app (iOS: Settings > Account > Delete Account; Android: Profile > Delete Account), or by emailing [email protected]. Deletion removes library, progress, and saved cards from Imprint's servers. Note: deleting your account does NOT automatically cancel your subscription — these must be done separately. https://www.imprintapp.com/deleteaccount

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
