How hard is it to cancel Illumicrate?

Subscribers cancel self-serve under My Subscriptions, Manage subscriptions, Manage this subscription, then cancel before the next periodic payment; cancellation only stops future charges and does not auto-refund. Prepaid 3 or 6 month plans are non-refundable mid-cycle.
