How hard is it to cancel Iliad Italia?

Customers can cancel (recesso) online from the 'Area Personale' (Il mio iliad) under contract management, with no penalty and at least 30 days' notice per the general contract terms (Article 6); line deactivation occurs within 30 days. A 14-day distance-contract withdrawal right applies, and cancellation can also be sent by PEC, fax or registered mail.
